We store account details, protected login credentials, submitted questionnaire answers and results, saved coaching details and answers, goals, action plans, consent records and transaction records to operate and secure Personal Coach. With your AI personalisation consent, relevant trait observations and saved coaching context are sent to OpenAI for the AI features you request; provider retention policies apply. You can withdraw AI consent in My Account to stop future AI processing. Marketing email updates are optional and can be withdrawn separately. Essential account-service emails are separate. Stripe handles payment-card details; we retain transaction references and amounts. Unfinished answers and access cookies may also be stored on your device. Reports and coaching records are archived when online access expires after 12 months, unless extended or included in an active membership. They are not automatically deleted for non-renewal. Account deletion removes active profile and coaching data; the email reuse restriction lasts 24 months. Payment and security records may be retained where necessary for lawful accounting, dispute handling and security purposes.
